Michael Shew is the President of Small Business Advisor.INFO, LLC, a Florida-based consulting firm specializing in business coaching and training for small businesses with up to 500 employees. With over 25 years of management experience, including 16 years as a professional coach, Michael has a proven record of helping businesses achieve operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Previously, Michael served as a Senior Business Advisor at the University of West Florida, supporting FloridaMakes.com manufacturing clients and collaborating with the Northwest Florida Manufacturers Council to advance the Panhandle's manufacturing industry. He has also worked as an international management consultant for Global Resources, providing expert analysis and solutions for businesses across the U.S. and Canada.

Michael holds multiple professional credentials, including the Licensed International Financial Analyst (LIFA) designation, an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University, and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Central Missouri. He is also an accredited CPD Trainer (#405183) with extensive expertise in designing and delivering training, seminars, and workshops recognized globally.
